Somehow, someway, my wife, daughter, and I were able to wrestle ourselves away from work for a whole month - July 2014. We rented Kingswood Lodge for the month after considering a number of places. We chose this place for a lot of reasons - friendly owner, good location, open concept living space - but when we got there we found it offered even more. We like things to be clean. We don't like dust and we had an 11 month old with us who liked to cruise the floors, putting every little thing in her mouth. Upon arrival, we opened the door and were greeted by gleaming, clean floors, spotless bathrooms, fluffy white towels and soft high quality sheets on the beds. It was perfect. The house is next to an empty lot and has great forest views out of every window. It's quiet and the garage is stuffed with treats for trips to the beach - beach toys, rafts, tubes. We shopped at Safeway and cooked in the nice big kitchen. We did a lot of puzzles on the big dining table. We lounged on the black leather couches and read and watched movies on the big screen. All around, great house, Brian is a great guy - we enthusiastically recommend it.
