WHAT A GREAT PLACE!

5 of 5
We loved this cabin. As noted by others, this rental is nicely done with great attention to detail. The downstairs bed was very comfortable and provided an excellent night of sleep. All furnishings/decor are charming and done with great taste. Kitchen is stocked well with everything you could need. There is a nice BBQ for outdoor dining while watching the birds by day or the stars by night. Everything is labeled or marked so no guessing about light switches or cupboard contents. The deck out back is a delight with nothing but forest behind you. This was our favorite spot. I will add that it was most unfortunate that a neighbor was using a jack hammer all day to breakup their driveway, so it was not as quiet as we had hoped. Once the long hours of work and intrusive noise was done then the relaxing environment was much more enjoyable. This is no fault of the owners as you just never know with something like that. Beyond this annoyance, we had a wonderful time at this cabin and would certainly recommend to others. Great location and easy access. The village is just a short drive away (about 5 minutes) and you will find some cute restaurants and shops. A quaint place to stroll and share an ice cream on a warm summer day.

WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

5 of 5
My wife, 1.5 year-old child, and I had a great time in Wrightwood to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. The cabin was inviting, quaint, comfortable, clean, and well-located. We drove up the 2 to enjoy Inspiration Point and picnicked at Grassy Hollows after picking up some sandwiches from the grocery store. We then had dinner at the Grizzly Cafe. Delicious! We would totally come back. Thanks for a great time!

FAMILY VACATION

5 of 5
We spent the weekend here with our entire adult family of 8. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep, be together, and have some quiet time. We spent a lot of time on the spacious deck, grilled and ate most of our meals here, and enjoyed playing games as a family. Since we are from out of state, we appreciated all the things Rochelle had stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. She even included beach towels! The photos were true to what you will find here. The house is older--built in the 1930's, which added to its rustic charm. We spent time at Lake Gregory and went to Camp Seely to see Heart Rock. We enjoyed the nature trails around the lake, also. We would definitely stay here again!
