Great Experience on Emerald Drive

5 of 5
We had a great stay at the house on Emerald Drive, Lake Arrowhead. The house is on three levels, with gorgeous views to the lake from porches on the first and second levels. As with many houses in the area, it is built to take advantage of the view, so there are several steps down to the front door. We didn't mind the steps but less mobile people should be warned. The house had everything we needed, a great wood stove in which to build a roaring fire, televisions (though we didn't turn them on once!), and a well-stocked kitchen. An extra bonus was the pool table on the loft level. It was enjoyed by all. The house was clean and comfortable and the views are amazing. We enjoyed a dinner about 10 minutes away at the Grill at Antler's Inn. We judged the food to be good but not great, but the atmosphere is log-cabin rustic and warm. Service is great. All communications with the owners were perfect. We would stay again.

Great place

4 of 5
Place was nice and I am not a clean freak at all but there was some general cleaning that needed to be done at arrival. The coffee pot was used and not cleaned out, carpeted areas were not vaccumed and visibly dirty. Bean bag had a hole in it, you guessed it, kids sat on it and there were white beads everywhere! Carrying vacuum down those stairs was a task. The refrigerator door kept sticking and the ice chest in the kitchen leaked. All this during the first day tired me out so I was ready for some rest and relaxation.

deer lodge cabin

5 of 5
Honestly who ever is reading this and debating on whether or not to get this cabin don't be fooled the pictures you see here are no where near the experience you will receive once being there. The cabin is huuuuuuge and literally is meant for adults. Me and my group enjoyed our stay and are planning on making this trip a yearly tradition.
