Perfect Family Weekend!

5 of 5
Our 3 night stay was perfect enough to take away from the my crazy 6 day a week work schedule. The first morning I was still looking for something I was supposed to be doing.. but, there was nothing. Everything is designed for relaxation and comfort. The first morning hubby walked out to the marina and caught 4 smallmouth bass from shore and was back before the kids woke up! The cabin itself is well planned, furnished wonderfully and roomy enough for multiple families to enjoy the open space. The kitchen was stocked well enough to have full breakfasts, grilled dinner on the BBQ outside and pies baked for dessert. Pictures to not to the warmth or spacing an ounce of justice. It is MUCH more than I dreamed of when we booked and has made a vacation to start a tradition for our family. Ping Pong tournaments and card games! We will be back and offer to bring back other families with us to enjoy such a great location and home. Location to everything was perfect. We could walk to bowling alley for family fun in the evening and to the Marina and rent a boat during the day. It was so easy to get the the docks so we rented a pontoon for the afternoon and had fun fishing by the dam. The cabin is close enough to town to run in for essentials and drive thru Starbucks! Kerry, the manager was a delight and made sure we had the light on for our late evening arrival. Such a sweet touch that made us feel safe and welcomed. Thanks again for providing an up to date, safe and clean place to rent in Big Bear!
