What an amazing place!

5 of 5
I recently toured Canada and the US with my Rugby team. We stayed with Chef Phil for the final 3 nights of our tour and we were absolutely amazed. From the moment we pulled up in the driveway we were in awe! The view is unbeatable stretching from the beaches to the mountains. Every need was catered for by Chef Phil, Tanya and Rosa. The food was outstanding and the friendly service even better. We did not have to lift a finger. With a heated pool, BBQ, tanning bed, outdoor fridge, musical instruments, bar, snooker table and much more you will never get bored! Everything you could want to do in LA is at your doorstep with a short cab ride (about $10) to Sunset strip and Santa Monica Blvd. Whether you are travelling with a big group looking to party (like us) or a family group looking for somewhere to relax, this is the place for you. We can not wait to get back to LA to spend some more time with Phil and the girls!

LIVING THE SUITE LIFE

5 of 5
I can't rave enough about this home. It was a surprise stay for my mother's 66th birthday and she couldn't believe it was REAL. We were a party of seven ladies and everyone assumed we were staying at a hotel. Upon arrival the entire party was in awe at the majestic viewpoint of the city this home offered. If it is in your budget it is HIGHLY recommended you splurge on this one. Seeing the home standout above the rest at the bottom of hill was thrilling within itself, but to actually walk into paradise was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Very immaculate, well decorated and fully equipped with necessities to make your stay homely. I couldn't have chose better had the home been in Beverly Hills and not Hollywood Hills. We had the privilege of staying in the home for 4 days and found it difficult to leave to see the town because this place is an amusement within itself. Don't be surprised if you decide to skip a day in town just to enjoy all this home has to offer. Although we didn't get a chance to relish in the saltwater pool, we did have drinks and great conversation by the pool while enjoying the night lights. For us the added bonus is that it was only 7 minutes away from CBS studios, where Price IS Right is filmed and we had tickets to the show... Typically, I don't like to stay at the same place more than once but this will DEFINITELY be THE exception! Thanks Alex for making our home away from home SPECTACULAR!!

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

5 of 5
Our family met in LA to celebrate Thanksgiving...what a wonderful time we had. Flying into Burbank Airport from the East Coast, this home is a short 15 minutes driving time from the airport. The house is in beautiful condition and was just perfect for our family. The children's room, complete with a crib, was adorable. The children (5, 3 and 18 months) enjoyed the pool and the adults languished in the hot tub. From this central location we visited the Santa Monica Pier, Malibu, the LA zoo, and the Observatory. We visited the Griffith Park playground and rode the park train. And, the adults visited the usual LA tourist places as well as the Getty Museum. I would defiitely recommend this house for adults and children alike. It was a very special Thanksgiving, indeed.
