                    No Snow Stay

                    4 of 5
Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Still a fun stay with no snow. Did wine tasting, toured Mercer Canvern's and Murphies. I left a list of repairs on your review that was in packet. Front door lock does not work properly. Shower door handle and glass door loose in master. Updatirs showerhead does not work. Master bed mattress needs replacing. Not very comfortable at all. Sorry to be negative. Just want owners to know. Thanks.

                    Getaway

                    4 of 5
Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Mountain View (Higgins) cabin. It is located in a convenient location with many places to visit in the surrounding area. The only problem that we encountered was not having any internet available. The description in the posting included internet being available. My father-in-law and I had both needed it to care for our business while we were away. However, after contacting the Realty as well as the owner, we did not have cable TV or Internet available during the entire trip...very disappointing!

Our Stay at the Marshall cabin 2/19 & 2/20

                    4 of 5
Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was well maintained. The only issue we have is that the furnace did not work well, it only got up to 55. However management brought in a couple of heaters to help keep the cabin warm. Over all we had a great time. Manager responded on 3/5/2011: This cabin does have a wood burning stove that heats the cabin to a toasty temperature. Plenty of wood at this cabin to burn. In the mountains, a second source of heat is a must should the power go down. The furnace has since been repaired. Staff went to the cabin and started a warm fire for them and did bring heaters when they notified us of the malfunction of the furnace.
