Beautiful view and literally steps from the beach!

4 of 5
This was not out first time staying at Pajaro, however it was our first time at Pelican Point and our first time booking through Evolve. We didn't have any problems with the booking, though aside from the initial and confirming emails, we dealt directly with the pajaro dunes company. The property PP 7 was nice and you couldn't beat the second story view. (The first floor you are tucked behind a dune.) There are two bedrooms upstairs, and a second floor balcony off the master. We did get locked in the master bedroom for about a half an hour as the door knob didn't work, but were assured that would get fixed ASAP. Also, when we showed up the phone jack and parts had been disassembled and were laying in the counter- looked like maintenance was going to fix it maybe and forgot? But aside from these little quirks, we had a great stay and would book there again!

Incredible

5 of 5
The condo is in the best location in Santa Barbara, there is basically every amenity you could ask for, the hot tub was amazing (sitting in that with a cold beer and a nice sunset is the height of human happiness), the decor is tasteful and modern but most importantly comfortable (memory foam bed was the best nights sleep I've ever had, seriously), the manager is super helpful and nice, and the BBQ on the deck makes dinner time awesome . I had an amazing time here, I really couldn't see how it would even be possible not to have the best vacation of your life in this place. It is that good. The only downside is that eventually you have to leave, and real life just isn't this good.

Great condo, great location

5 of 5
My husband and I spent 10 days in this condo. The place is beautiful. The picture of the bedroom with a view of the ocean is just how it looks when you're there. The living area is a nice size as is the dining table. We had 6 people at dinner one night and there was room for everyone. There is a nice Viking range in the kitchen and double ovens. I used the oven to make shortcakes to go with the Oxnard strawberries we bought. There are plenty of sheets and towels and a really nice washer/dryer set. The condo is basically on the beach. There is a set of stairs (with a locked gate) that leads to ground level. Cross a street and you're on the beach. From both the master and the living area you can see the beach and palm trees, and hear the waves. We left our door open so we could listen to the waves at night. I almost forgot to mention the balcony. It runs the length of the condo and has a grill and some very comfortable furniture. It's a great place to sit with a book and watch the beach scene.
