I had bookmarked Tuck It Inn years ago, but because we usually stay closer to Geyserville never got around to actually planning any sort of extended weekend to the area. For our anniversary weekend this year, we wanted to do something special close to home and I remembered that old bookmark. Tuck It Inn was everything I had hoped for. It's definitely off the beaten path - we needed our new Subaru to get up the rainy street to the house - and the area is so quiet. The cabin itself is quirky, but in the best possible way. We spent so much time in front of the fire, or curled up with a book on the daybed in the dining room. We absolutely loved the lower level master suite and bathroom - the flannel sheets were perfect for the wet, cold February nights. The kitchen is well equipped as well. We made eggs benedict from scratch one morning, and a full crab feast for dinner another night. I'm hesitant to give this place too much love because then it might not be available the next time we want to book. This is definitely a great, romantic cabin for two (I wouldn't recommend it for more).
