Wonderful Experience

5 of 5
We booked the La Quinta Casitas after our original rental for Coachella went into foreclosure 2 weeks before our trip. We were lucky to get a reservation at all and it was only due to their tenant cancelling. I was ready to take anything I found. Turns out we got a much better place in a great location with wonderful hosts. I was a bit concerned at first about renting a place with owners are on site but I was honest with Brie and told her that we were a group of 10 respectful guys but we were there for coachella and there to have fun. She assured me that she and her husband were okay with that and that we would rarely see them on the property. She also told me that the yard, pool and bbq were ours to enjoy. The property is beautiful. There is off street parking and you have a private entrance to the grounds and to both casitas. The back patio is huge and feels like the patio of a spanish style restaurant. There is an outdoor cooking area with a large built in grill. The pool is located right next to the 2 bedroom casita and the grounds are well maintained and the grass area is large and beautiful. Both Casitas are beautifully furnished. The linens duvets and towels (including pool towels) are very high quality. The bathroom comes stocked with a basket with all kinds of toiletries, toothbrushes etc. The Kitchens are equipped with high quality plates, glasses and cookware. I Saw Brie and her husband when we checked in and checked out. During the day and night the shades on the main house were drawn and we never felt like we were intruding or like we were being watched. We had guests over every day before the festival and it was never an issue.
