wonderful getaway!

4 of 5
The house was pretty easy to find, and only about a 2 block walk to a secluded area of the lake. About a half hour walk to Heavenly and casinos too. It is a warm and cozy house. Well stocked, everything worked just fine, and there are notes all around with instructions that make it very easy to settle in. We enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving dinner-the oven is a little slow to get to heat, but works just fine once it gets heated up. Fireplace, hot tub, showers, TV all good-very easy to deal with owner. I would rent it again.

Great little cabin. Perfect for two families!

4 of 5
Overall, great little cabin. Quiet neighborhood. It took some time to figure out how to get the heaters just right. Only complaint was that although it is billed as family friendly there were cigarette butts all over the backyard. It was a pain to pick them all up before letting my kid&dog play in the yard.

Charming & Authentic South Lake Tahoe Cabin

5 of 5
This cabin is great for getting away to relax, and it's within a short walking distance to all the attractions that brought us to South Lake Tahoe. The cabin is surrounded by real peace and quiet in the Bijou Pines area, and it has the convenience and proximity to shops and restaurants without having to drive. The hot tub was especially enjoyable before cuddling up by the fireplace and a comfortable night sleep. We can't wait to return to "Cielito Lindo.
