VERY CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION, QUIET AND PRIVATE.

              4 of 5
Everything was clean and in order. No surprises from the advertisement. Beach access, stores and downtown are all very close. Hot tub and bicycles were great. Plan to stay again when I can.

GREAT VACATION CABIN IN A GREAT LOCATION!

              5 of 5
My wife and I were very happy with our stay in this cabin. It is in a residential area but set back from the street enough that it feels very private. It has a big roomy deck on the side of the house that is great for a barbeque or cocktails and you really feel like you are out in the country considering that it's in a neighborhood. The location is great. A 5 minute walk on a path takes you right to the Safeway Market. A little longer and you are right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants on the main street. The Brewery at Lake Tahoe is within walking distance. Great food and excellent beer made on site! The neighborhood is very quiet at night. We slept great. We were there for 5 night and had another married couple from Sacramento (we are from Los Angeles) spend the last night there with us and they loved it as well. We had beer and Bison burgers on the deck after kayaking in the beautiful Emerald Bay. The cabin itself has all the cooking utensils you need and is modern enough but keeps it's rustic cabin feel so you still feel out-woodsy. Great Wifi, cable and local phone service if you need it. We had perfect Sprint and Verizon reception. The cabin was very clean (there WAS a Waste basket in the bathroom) and you can tell that the owners truly care that their guests have a great stay. Great fridge, stove, pots and pans and also nice little homey touches. This is their cabin, too, and they take pride in making it nice for themselves and for guests. Great communication. I wish I were there right now. Can't wait to go back and I hope it's available.
