Great stay!

5 of 5
My family and I stayed for 6 days and had a wonderful time! Everyone morning I woke up with a wonderful view of the trees from the master bedroom. The view from the upstairs loft was even better. We also were visited by a family of deer most mornings and late afternoons. The house is great and has everything you need. The guest house was perfect for my sister and nephew. We cooked in the kitchen and outdoor BBQ everyday. The property is in a perfect location. We went to Yosemite a few times. Some days we hung out on one of Bass Lake's beaches. One day we rented a patio boat and tube from Millers Landing, which is super close by. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely cabin. Great location. A little tight.

4 of 5
Everything was clean, neat and as advertised. It worked perfectly for our 3-generation family, since we had a bunch of people and only my wife and I wanted to share a bed. Kitchen was well-stocked, and they invited us to use whatever was in the fridge/freezer (like BBQ sauce and an unopened carton of sherbet - which was great for fruit smoothies) Lots of nice space in the backyard, with loungers and a picnic table. Some of the ceilings were a little low for my teenager, my FIL and me, but we're all over 6 feet. Two small issues: We couldn't find the second bathroom for the first hour or so upon arrival. You have to walk outside...almost like an outhouse/laundry room on the back of the cabin. The cabin was owned by a former judge who presided over death penalty cases. There are many news articles on the walls, including a collage of death row inmates and two pictures of the gas chamber. It's a little weird curled up with a good book on vacation and the NightStalker is peering down on you... But we would definitely rent again!

perfect for a weekend getaway

5 of 5
The cabin is located on beautiful, scenic property. There are other cabins around but you still have adequate privacy. The cabin is newer, decor is nice, and very clean! We did not use the generator once and really enjoyed the rustic feel of the cabin. It's perfect for a family getaway or a couple. sleeps everyone very comfortably. I would definitely return!
