2050 Ocean Blvd Newport Beach

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy accessible parking! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very nice. The home was well equipped and had sand toys and a high chair we used. There were a few doorknobs of older glass types that fell off frequently and the downstairs bathroom tub was slow to drain. A new dishwasher was not attached to the counter and the dish racks were not installed correctly so you could not fit any dinner plate in the top nor bottom rack. There was only one drain stopper in the home to use for the kitchen sink and two tubs.

Wonderful Vacation Home......

5 of 5
My family which consisted of 6 adults and my 3 grandchildren enjoyed this home immensely for 2 weeks. Little did we know this would be the last vacation for my father and I am so happy that he enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the breezes, the many yachts passing the house, watching his great grandchildren swim and seeing all the many boaters looking at this fabulous home we were staying in and many taking pictures. The home is huge and comfortable and I especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplaces. A short walk and you can enjoy the ocean along with endless walks in the sand. We stocked up on groceries at a store just minutes from the house and also enjoyed eating out at some wonderful restaurants at times. My daughters took the children to Lego Land which was a big thrill for them and my daughters themselves took a quick flight to Vegas for her 30th birthday. The neighborhood that this home is in is just beautiful, peaceful and safe. The house and the pictures speak for itself.....plenty of room for all...

Fantastic experience at this house!

5 of 5
My husband and I rented this house with one of our daughters and her family. Our other two daughters live in Orange County and visited us often during the week. It would be hard to improve on any aspect of this house. Lots of room, wonderful layout, gorgeously decorated, perfectly supplied in every way. It is steps away from the bay, where our grandchildren enjoyed playing in the sand and watching kayakers launching in the early morning. The beach was a short walk away through the idyllic neighborhood. We walked to the Fun Zone, rented a Duffy Boat, visited other beaches, walked around Balboa Island and very much enjoyed the five (!) outdoor seating areas. We had breakfast and lunch in the kitchen area; for whole-family dinners the dining area was very nice. Funky furniture! If circumstances allow, we would be interested in renting this house again next year.
