We stayed here on a 2 day vacation to Disneyland and were thoroughly impressed with the stay.
The first thing that struck me about the property is the size. We, a family of 4 (parents and 2 toddlers) stayed there with another family of 4 (same set-up). And we had friends pay a visit one evening. The rooms are set-up so 3 sets of couples could have their own rooms complete with space for luggage/drawers etc and then on top of that, there is an additional room with a bunk-bed that the kids loved. There is both a living room and a sitting room space (both with TV's) and although we congregated in the living room or the kitchen, they really could have been 2 living spaces.
The other thing that really struck me about the space were all the little touches put in place to make the stay feel like home and less like a hotel: the coffee machine, the extra linens, washing machine, board games, playstation and even Rockband. You could stock up the fridge with supplies from the Vons around the corner and just relax after a long day at the park.
The location is convenient, its still a 30 minute walk to Disneyland which I would recommend since the parking lots are so far anyway. Amenities are nearby and it is much more economical than staying at a Disneyland hotel especially at peak season.
Booking, getting access to the space and understanding how to use all the appliances and electronics were easy (there is a thorough guide book provided). Overall stress free.
I would highly recommend the space to anyone, especially families who are staying for 2 plus days.
