Great space for families.

5 of 5
We just spend a week at Kodiak Timber Lodge in Sun Peaks. The house is well-appointed and the location is perfect for skiing. The backdoor takes you to the connector down to Sunburst Lift and you can ski to the back porch via Blazer (or the Connector) at the end of the day. We had two families of 4 and the layout of the main floor was great for leisurely dinners and relaxing around the fire. The second dining area is good for kids. The mud room is very convenient for storing your equipment. And the views across the valley to Mt. Morrissey are fantastic at night. Best of all, you can park your car for the week -- and just walk to the village for dinner or shopping. We've stayed at several houses around Sun Peaks over the past 5 or so years and this was one of the best.
