A place we don't want to leave

5 of 5
My wife and I spent over two months between January and March, 2015, at this condo (both suite 306/206) that is well renovated and decorated with great artificial tastes with an unforgettable ocean view. One of main reasons for us is to avoid very cold weather in Ottawa. Also, we came to this place in order to experience how a winter time in this area to see whether this area can be a future location for us to select for our retirement during winter in Canada. Although this period is a low season, we still had a wonderful time while staying there. Not only this condo and the resort (the Inn of the Sea) provided a conformable place and facilities for us to live with regular outdoor activities, but also this place provides easy access to many beautiful local attractions, parks, walking trails and nice small towns. We visited Yellow Point Lodge, Nanaimo downtown and beaches, Laysmith beaches, Chemainus, Cowichan Bay, Tofino and national parks, Ucluelet, Campbell River, Comox, Duncan, Victoria, ButChart Gardens, and etc. Our winter experience showed us that this is a best place in Canada if you want to escape cold places with heavy snows and ices. Of course, we believe that you will have different kind of wonderful time while you stay here during other seasons because the land itself is a breathtaking place with very unique beauty, weather and landscape.

Fabulous, tastefully appointed condo for R&R!

5 of 5
After a long week travelling through the gorgeous Canadian Rockies we arrived late at Inn of the Sea Resort and let ourselves in. When we saw the space and views we knew immediately that we had chosen this condo well for our week of R&R! Everything was absolutely wonderful about this condo and even when we couldn't find the washing machine on Sunday morning Peggy was back to me within minutes telling me where it was! (I blame my sleeping daughter for hiding it in the closet in her room!). I loved the kayaks and used one every morning and evening for seeing the beautiful coastline a little bit closer. This condo is superb and we were very sorry to leave when the time came!

sad to go

5 of 5
The place was great the location private and quiet the condo was clean with beutiful linens and towels everything in the kitchen was there for a true home away. The owner was so accomadating and freindly. We would definately recommend to others. The condos near us were paying way...higher prices with unclean places and had to wash all the laundry themselves in order to not pay damage deposit. This was the best priced with so much to do on the island and a fun place for familys or singles. A great old fashioned english pub near by with excellent food and a farmers market well priced on Sundays. theres so much for everyone. Highly recommend we were a family of 8, two babies one 3yr old, two couples and Grama and eveyone would do it all again.
