Perfectly situated to explore!

5 of 5
We spent two wonderful weeks in Bermuda at this lovely little apartment. We said to each other a number of times during our stay that we really chose the right place, as it is so centrally located it is easy to explore the island from there. We used the place as a base, so didn't actually cook there, but the facilities are there if we had wanted to. Lana was warm and friendly, and was always just an email away if we needed her, although we were quite self-sufficient. Overall, a perfect place for a couple to explore a beautiful island!!! Thank you!!!

Wonderful!!

5 of 5
My husband and I just returned today from a great 2-week stay at Taylor House. There is so much to do and we didn't have time for it all. Thanks to Mark for including the Bus/Ferry passes with the house. We had fun going to the Peppercorn Ceremony(April 22nd) in King's Square and made many friends. Hubby got to participate in the dunking reenactment. Enjoyed having Carly(black cat) come to visit whenever we had the dutch door top to the garden open. House had exactly what we needed. It was nice to have the 2nd bed as we are both restless sleepers at times. Swizzle Inn was a short bus ride away on the #10 or 11 bus. Loved the Pickled Onion and Lobster Pot for dinners. Both are in downtown Hamilton. Hubby went golfing 4 times during our stay and I went shopping. Safe for females to travel by themselves. Mark was around when we needed him but did not bother us at all. We look forward to returning to Taylor House in the future!! Will miss being there!!!

Perfect Space on the Rock

5 of 5
It turns out the internet was right, April is a great time to visit Bermuda! Perfect weather, uncrowded beaches, and a lovely property to call home during our stay. We chose this apartment because of it's central location, it's proximity to both the ferry and bus stops, and it's promised amenities. Everything was just as advertised in the listing, clean and spacious. The outdoor space provided a quiet retreat for lounging, reading, or eating, and the owner was the perfect hostess, both friendly and helpful. While we enjoyed going in to Hamilton for meals, it was also convenient (and budget-friendly!) to shop at Lindro's supermarket and then cook in the updated and well-stocked kitchen. Because we stayed for nine days, we bought the monthly bus/ferry passes and traveled the whole island. But, we couldn't resist also renting a two-person scooter for one day to get to some out-of-the-way areas at our own pace. We rode east to check out some small beaches, and we especially liked Cooper's Island Nature Reserve. Thank you, Lana, for a great vacation rental that we will recommend highly to family and friends!
