Perfect Location: City Center of Bruges

                  4 of 5
My wife and I recently spent three nights at Breydelhof in Bruges. We found the apartment very clean and with quality appointments. There are many positive aspects to renting this apartment: right in the city center, private and quiet day or night, walkable to everything, air-conditioning, nicely appointed, nice semi-private outdoor patio, great inexpensive restaurant two short blocks away adjacent nice park. The owners also own a nearby hotel which has a great, very helpful staff (especially Iris) and an indoor pool offered for our use. The hotel invited us to attend a walking tour of Bruges hosted for their hotel guests; this tour was a highlight for us. There are also a fews negatives from our perspective: Limited kitchen and bathroom space. Also, the upstairs sleeping area was quite warm at night and required us to run the air conditioning all night. The stairs were steep with the only bathroom downstairs. Not recommended for anyone with physical limitations on climbing stairs. It was interesting that the shower, sink, and toilet were all one continuous space. Overall, Breydelhof is a very nice place to settle for a few nights in Bruges.
