We enjoyed our stay in the little guest cottage on this property. Judith was available to assist with any requests we made and most of our needs were met promptly. There is a lack of counter space in the kitchen that makes cooking a challenge, however, we were able to make do by being creative! The area is really lovely and the pathway to the beach, (once we found it!!) was very enjoyable! The Fish Pot restaurant was expensive, and we honestly enjoyed our less expensive meals at waterfront restaurants in Speightown much more than the one we had there! At 1/3 the price! The beaches in Speightown are fantastic and the restaurants there provide loungers for use on the beach during the day. Free of charge and no hassle like we did receive at The Fish Pot/Little Good Harbour Hotel. For all the hype, would skip that restaurant altogether. Their garbage "hut" on the property smelled so horrible it actually stunk up half of "their" beach area, and in fact, we could smell it at our table during dinner. The buses to the west coast ran often and are a deal at only $2 BD per person. So we would recommend seeing the city and dining there whenever you want a meal out. We saw monkeys(16 one evening!) mongoose, many hummingbirds, (lovely gardens at the guesthouse) frogs and fireflies.... All in all a truly lovely experience for us! Thank you!
