Amazing Property & Unbeatable Service !

5 of 5
Hacienda de la Cruz was extremely clean and comfortable, elegantly decorated & very spacious with 3 bedrooms that were all very large. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom so we didn't have to share with the kids and the master bedroom suite had much more closet space than any resort we have stayed. Attention to detail throughout the home, it was simply impeccable. You can tell the home is just a couple years old, it's awesome! The view from the rooftop terrace and the pool deck is surreal! As soon as you get upstairs, the view of the arch and the Sea of Cortez will take your breath away!!!! What an incredible sight. Nothing beats a sunset on that rooftop terrace!! The courtyard area was very cool too. The gated community was very safe and we never worried about anything. We spent most of our daytime hours in the pool; the kids absolutely loved it and the depth was perfect too, about 3' to 5'. We grilled burgers & hotdogs right on the patio and served the kids while they sat on the jacuzzi, it was awesome! Location could not have been better - it was really peaceful and felt very secluded, but you’re still close enough to get to anywhere in Cabo in just a few minutes. As incredible as the house was the service was even better. When we arrived they had a private van waiting for us at the airport that already knew exactly where we needed to go and got us there quickly and comfortably. It was great not having to think about a taxi or try to explain where we were going. Hector, the personal concierge is awesome! We sent an email to the owner with our grocery list and Hector had everything waiting for us when we arrived at Hacienda de la Cruz, it was an exceptional 7 days. Hector even had a small cooler with juice boxes for the kids and adult beverages for us as we drove 30 minutes from the airport to the home. He was beyond helpful and made our trip the most relaxing enjoyable vacation yet– we had nothing to worry/think about, whatever we needed, we called Hector and he hooked us up. The kids got to swim with the dolphins at the Estuary in San Jose, we went out on a sunset cruise that was the most beautiful sunset we've ever seen, and he even took us to Chileno Bay for snorkeling! The cost for our 7 nights was about 50% less than resort prices. This is now the only place we’ll stay in Cabo! We strongly recommend Hacienda de la Cruz for anyone looking to visit Los Cabos, exceptional home and extraordinary service would be an understatement!

How do I choose 6+ stars?

5 of 5
We are just back from 5 nights at this house and can't stop smiling! What a great vacation and fabulous way to celebrate my 50th birthday with 3 other couples. The spacious house is gorgeous and the amenities second to none. We were the first visitors after Hurricane Odile and were not sure what to expect, but the house appears to have been skipped altogether by the winds. Stefan and Martha are gems and were fantastic about sharing recommendations and information on events going on around La Paz, and setting us up with a tour to Espiritu Santo and a day at Tecolote Beach. Our favorite activity, though, was the day we decided to stick around the house, and ended up kayaking and swimming with whale sharks right in front of the house! We literally swam & paddled out to them, and hung around with them for a couple of hours. We had been talking about hiring someone to take us to see them, and laughed about how funny it would have been to go into town and pay someone to drop us off right in front of the very house we were staying in. Martha cooked dinner for us our first night, and we enjoyed the best mole EVER, along with another Puebla specialty that was new to us, Chiles en Nogada. Fabulous! The community where the house is located is new, clean, and quiet. We met a lot of the residents on the daily boat trips to/from downtown La Paz. Great people, local and expats alike. We also learned a new flight route from the homeowner, Humberto, when our flights to/from Cabo were canceled due to the hurricane -- we flew to San Diego and took a shuttle to the Tijuana airport for direct flights to La Paz on Mexico's Volaris Airline. I can't say enough about this house and our experience. We were all talking about when we might book another stay here, together or with our respective families. It was a perfect getaway.
