This was the first big trip with all 12 of us (6 adults, 6 kids). Couldn't have found a better fit. The house was beautiful. We spent a lot of time just exploring. The kitchen was well furnished with lots of room for lots of cooks. Great appliances. Plenty of seating too.
The views from the two roof top decks were gorgeous, especially at sunrise and and the moutains at sunset. The bedrooms were all spacious, except the bunk room when the trundle bed was out but it worked fine for our group. And 3 bathrooms were really wonderful. Also really put the laudry room to good use.
Glad you added more photos of the house. It's hard to do it justice. We took so many. The fountain, the tilework, the upper decks, the kitchen where we spent lots of time, the shower in the entry, the multitude of plants and flowers around all of the buildings...
Dawn, from "First Contact", was good to work with and always available to answer our questions or help us with any plans we made. We celebrated Easter and 2 birthdays while here and the kids loved it. Also loved being able to head to the pool at the Inn next door or use any of their amenities. Have Dawn call Martin (he is very patient) if you need a taxi to explore town or the Farmer's Market on Sundays, and contact Maria or Rafial at "Vive Loreto" for any adventures you may want to try. We felt very safe here at all times. Everyone was always friendly and quick to help in any way.
We recomend a meal at "La Picazon", fabulous and worth the trip! The water was a bit cool for snorkeling while we were here but you can see lots of fish and rays on the Inn property and almost all of us climbed to the top of Punta Nopolo at one time or another. We loved using the sea kayaks at The Inn too.
We have already recomended this property to friends and relatives. It probably isn't suitable for handicapped access or a single couple but works wonderfully for groups, family reunions or just the average family when everyone would like some space to themselves. Lots of room. Enjoy!
