Months ago, I searched for a way to celebrate my 50th birthday. After doing a lot of reserach found the Rose Penthouse and VRBO. It was my first time using VRBO, and certainly not my last time....Great resource for vacations. Myself and 9 of my friends decided to splurge and stay at the best place possible! Unfortunetly the hurricane hit, and airlines cancled our flights and we had to decide whether or not to still go. 7 of us decided to still move forward and it was amazing. We were the first flight from Southwest, where we applauded by all as we entered the airport. Arriving to the Rose, we felt like celebritys. From the clean grounds, spa like smell in the lobby, accomodating reception, the penthouse was just the best venue to make our vacation perfect. It allowed us as a large group to have seperate rooms, yet have common areas unlike typical hotel rooms. We decided on the all inclusive meal/drink option, where we had delivered amazing breakfasts, coffee, mexican pastrys and bloody marys we consumed while ocean front on the huge balcony. We decided to particpate in activities so we selected to do a snorkel "booze cruise" with Sun Rider....Which was great! Best boat trip ever! We also went horse back riding and rented paddle boards, to keep us busy. After the beach days, and before our nights out, we'd open a bottle of wine (room service brought it!) and sit in the pool size hot tub on our balcony looking at the views. Martha our room care taker was great, as well as all the employees of the Pueblo Bonito Rose. I have never had such great service, inlcuding foot rubs by the pool, then we did at the PB Rose. During our decision making, are we going....or not going....Brian and Cheryl were our #1 supporters in helping to accomodate our decisions on the trip. I feel like they really cared about us, and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. It was a trip of a life time and I am so grateful to my friends who decided to still go on the trip. To anyone considering going to CABO....GO! People continued to thank us in the streets for coming to Cabo. Downtown is full operational, the resort is perfect and a rare time to go and it not be so crowded! Thank you Brian and Cheryl for sharing this magical exerpience with us.
