Great Vacation Choice and We Plan to Return

5 of 5
Highly recommend Palm Top Villas. First, Solomon was great at taking care of us, and we feel like we've made a new friend. The villa is clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The location is great, and we especially liked the privacy of "our" beach and cove. We rented a boat from the Yacht Club one day and went to see the swimming pigs, iguanas, Thunderball, and the various islands, but most days we spent sunning on our beach, snorkeling in and near our cove, and walking around that end of the island. There is wifi and satellite TV, but you can relax on the porch and see sites far more beautiful than anything on TV. For our next visit, we will take more basic food (although we got what we needed from the Blue and the Pink stores this trip). For fresh fish, see Sandy (good fish at good prices). Also take cash for purchases and avoid credit card transaction fees. We were going to stay somewhere else, but it was booked by the time we knew we could go to Staniel Cay, and I am SO VERY GLAD! I now wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on the island. We have been recommending it to our friends back in the States. Absolutely love it!!

Exactly what you see

The pictures don't lie. It's amazing!! When we arrived Natasha ( agent) meet us at condo, she even drove us to town! We were scared to rent a car, I'm still glad we didn't. I was concerned about meeting her and paying cash. But it was all legit. The condo is right on the beach. Tastefully decorated. Comfy beds. We were the first to stay there in a long while so there was only basics there. We left everything so hopefully next people had some things. What I learned. 1, Jitney does come in front of complex 2, 60 cab can get you anywhere 4, I will pay 8.00 for Doritos 5, Monique makes the best Piña colada. She's right next door at the bar. They close at 5 though. Tell her the people from Memphis sent ya. 6, Fish fry is the best eating. 7, don't go walking early morning without bug spray. Just trust me. 8, forget your curling iron and make-up. You won't use it. 9, hope you like the Animal channel. It's all you get. I do hear this is getting fixed. 10, if from America. DONT USE CELL PHONE. 11, bar next door has wifi 12, it's the best place ever. 13, Anet is great to deal with 14, Monique makes the best piña colada!! I think I said this already. Ps. If you are staying here. The coffee, soda, butter, salt and pepper, oil, hot pockets, cheese and beach googles are clean and good. Use them. Can't wait to come back. Planning a return trip in September

A very Special Place

5 of 5
This was our third trip to the out islands and second trip to Exuma. We stayed at the property for three weeks and where did the time go. What a great vacation.Spacious well doecorated and furnished Home with a huge kitchen and great room, very well maintained,Larger than we expected. The home was everthing we hoped for, the screened in porch was great overlooking the sea, only a few feet away, and a great place to enjoy morning coffee and the evening sunset. the small close knit community gathered each afternoon for cocktails and sharing of the days ad venture and the pool and entire property was kept in immaculate condition by Norman who always made sure everyone was finding what they needed and always had a few stories to share. Did some DYI bone fishing while I was there and while I worked at it kayaking the surrounding waters I certainly managed to catch some nice bonefish. We were there with our adult children and they certainly enjoyed all the amenities and how central the location was to the entire island. Pretty much every day they tried another of the local beaches all within a short drive of the location By far this is the best overall property we have had the pleasure of enjoying in the Bahamas.
