GREAT HOUSE, WONDERFUL LOCATION.

5 of 5
We rented the Oceanspray for a week and had a really good time. House is huge, a lot of room for a big family. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space left. Ocean was really nice, very clear and warm water, white sandy beach. Supermarket is only 5 minutes away, where you can stock the fridge with groceries and utilize the kitchen. Fresh fishmarket is less then 10 minutes away, we had grilled fish and crabs for dinner, almost everyday. I would recommend Oceanspray to all my friends and family.

NEW, CLEAN, AND OH THE VIEW!

5 of 5
We spent a lovely week at Rayannes place. The owners are wonderful local residents very involved in the island community. If everyone on the island doesn't know them, they at least know of them They have a great reputation that they've certainly earned and deserve. When renting, it is nice to know you will be taken care of by considerate and caring hosts who were easily reached if needed. But the rental was in such nice shape we didn't really need them :). The kitchen was very functional with everything you need to prepare meals with high end appliances. We usually did eggs and toast and coffee in the morning, sometimes packed a to go lunch and generally dined out in the evenings. The kitchen was more than enough for this purpose. It was nice to have laundry and the half bath downstairs, and the 2 full baths upstairs. And it doesn't go unnoticed when they had 2 dedicated zoned hvac systems, with 2 thermostats, 1 for the downstairs and 1 for the upstairs. This made it really nice to be comfortable in each floor which is not easy to accomplish in the tropics. Then you open the double french doors to what can only be described as one of the best and most breathtaking views we've ever had in the Caribbean (this was our 23rd trip to the Caribbean). Having the 3 sisters rock formations just off the back porch is a wonderful bonus. The back porch has multiple recliners, a picnic table with umbrella and an outdoor shower so you dont have to track in sand. The table/shower are shared w/ the 2nd unit. They really did think of nearly every little detail to create a wonderful stay. The upstairs master bedroom has the balcony overlooking those amazing blue waters, such a great retreat for morning coffee or evening relaxation. We appreciated the little details that added up to such a pleasant stay. We also really liked the location on the island. A short drive to the airport. And close enough to town to take a leisurely drive in for dinner, the dive exuma shop, or the ferry. If you need some supplies and dont want to go all the way to town (15 minutes), then there are a few little stores 150 yards down with all the necessities. And the other direction from town there is some great exploring with secluded beaches (sand dollar flats etc), and the ladies were kind enough to detail exactly which dirt road to turn down to find these places. Again, details that made the stay wonderful. So get in that rental car and enjoy the adventures. We

PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMILY FUN...

5 of 5
Visited Nassau with my family of four adults, one teenager and an 11 year old and could not have been more pleased with Paula's Townhome at Deleport Point. We all agreed that it was the perfect place for us. The location is far enough away from Paradise Island that you never feel a crowd around, yet in 35 minutes we were able to go to Atlantis for a full day. Great local restaurants are within a short drive/medium walk from the Townhome. We rented the property manager, Barbara's, van prior to arrival and saved considerably over a similar vehicle from a traditional rental company. (Barbara was incredibly helpful and full of island insights and information too)! With the island Jitney stop a few steps from our front door we wouldn't have had to have rented a car, but we are adventuresome and like to explore an island fully. If you have never driven on the "British side" this is the place to learn. Very friendly drivers and little traffic. The lovely Townhome has everything you need. I won't list it all because that is already a part of the listing description...let's just say that everything that the listing claims is there, and operates or is as it should be. Many previous renters have mentioned the view and it is spectacular...particularly at sundown which is great to enjoy from the spacious deck. I loved taking a coffee out in the morning and relaxing with the view into the day. The kitchen allowed us to take breakfasts and some lunches at the house which saves considerable $$. Though we choose to eat out every night, we could have easily bbq'd or fixed a fine dinner in that kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable and the AC kept all three levels of the home cool in the heat/humidity of July. We really enjoyed snorkeling right off the back of the house. After a careful walk down the coral to the waters edge, swimming to the left about a hundred yards and out about 50 yards revealed a wonderful coral/sea fan garden loaded with fish, squid and even a few lobsters! We took in the final weekend of the summer festival (Junkanoo) and would highly encourage anyone visiting in June or July next year to do the same. All in all, were we to return to Nassau, none of my family would hesitate for a minute contacting Paula and renting Blue Reef Bahama again!
