BEST FAMILY TRIP EVER!

5 of 5
Our family (4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 5 year olds) absolutely loved this place. The house was perfect for us. Well laid out and had everything we needed. The views from the ocean side were awe inspiring and the sunsets from the other bedrooms were gorgeous. We were greeted at the airport by Mr. Gray and promptly led to the car rental agency. Mr. Gray led us to the home, but stopped along the way to show us places if interest such as exuma market and prime island meats. He was most helpful throughout the week, answering each time we called, and even helped us find an excellent local guide/boat captain, his son Theo. We rented a boat from Minn's twice, a must! Theo took us out to see the sights for one of those days. He was awesome! He took us snorkeling, conch finding, and just roaming about. We enjoyed his company so much. We ate out a few times. Santana's, Tropic breeze both were close by and very good. We attended the Sunday pig roast at Chat-n-chill and had a blast. We also had a wonderful time visiting with the neighbors Dave and Lorraine. They were both so very nice. All together The Cut Pearl and the lovely people we encountered made our experience unforgettable and one we can't wait to experience again.

PERFECT VACATION. BEAUTIFUL, NEW HOUSE ON THE BEST BEACH IN THE EXUMAS.

5 of 5
We rented the orange house for a week in July and it was an incredible experience. I cannot say enough about the owners who we worked with to book this. They were extremely responsive to all questions and had everything taken care of. We didn't have to bring a thing! They even had fresh water jugs delivered to the house for us. And a cell phone in case we needed to make local calls. And beach towels, chairs, a cooler, etc. The house seems brand new...has TV, wifi, laundry machines, a huge kitchen, nice bathrooms, etc. It's not directly on the beach, but it's VERY close. A 2 minute walk and you're on the best beach in The Exumas. And truly THE BEST beach. Little Exuma is the perfect place to really get away. It's a little far from town, so make sure to get all groceries when you get in from airport. It was quiet and peaceful in Little Exuma and we felt very safe. Definitely recommend going to eat at Tropic Breeze Restaurant and Santana's of course. But the best nights were just cooking in the house. The no-seeum bugs can be a bit of a problem, but just plan to wear bug spray at night or early in morning if you go outside. The house is beautiful and fully equipped - I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. You could definitely sleep 6-8 people, but it was perfect for 4. And the owners are the best - so nice! The Exumas is one of the best kept secrets of the Bahamas. You can't beat the color of the water and the quietness of the island. It's a magical place. Just bring your sunscreen and you're all set! Thank you to the two owners for everything!

A PERFECT RESPITE

5 of 5
Baha Beach Villa is a beautiful property and couldn't be better situated in Nassau. This home is steps away from the beach on Goodman Bay. The water was was so enticing - clear, carribean blue and warm - that we spent much of our time simply hanging out in the water. There is at least one resident sea turtle that made it presence known each day in the water in front of the villa. The villa came appointed with two inflatable sea kayaks that we regularly used to explore the bay. The weather was perfect. It was fabulous waking up to that ocean view every morning! (Three bedrooms directly face the water with views from all the rest but one bunk room). Whenever we needed anything or had questions, the local property manager, Tenecia, was a phone call away and always reponsive and friendly. The house is beautful and had everything that we (17 of us) needed. It was clean and nicely furnished, especially the cozy nook off the kitchen. The dining room table was able to easily accomodate all of us. The kitchen was well appointed. We made blended drinks every night and cooked in much of the time. We took the Number 10 bus for $1.25 to shop uptown at the City Market for groceries. My brother and his family stayed in the guest house which they loved. Getting around was super easy. There is a bus stop across the street to go uptown and buses would stop right in the drive if they saw us standing there to go downtown. Number 10 buses would actually turn around to come get us if we were going in the opposite direction. Some bus drivers gave us their phone numbers to call them after bus hours for transportation for a few dollars per person. (buses are privately owned). Father Jungle of bus 12b will pick up right at the house and deliver to the airport for $2.50 per person. Best deal on the island. In Nassau, we went to the Art Museum, Pirate Museum, Graycliff Hotel, and Straw Market, and just walked around checking out the architecture, shops and local color. We ate at the Fish Market but the better food and deals were in the "street" restaurants beneath the bridge to Paradise Island. Excellent conch at Doc Sam's. Other activities we did were snorkeling with Stuart Cove's (including a shark snrorkel), and Aqua Adventure Water Park Day Pass at the Atlantis Resort. We all loved both of these. I would definitely recommend Baha Beach Villa - perfect for a family reunion - and would love to return in the future. Thank you, Samantha!!
