LUXURY AT IT'S FINEST

5 of 5
The owners and staff could not have been more welcoming upon our arrival! The house was fully stocked with a variety of food, snacks, and drinks. The amount of equipment (Hobie, SUP Boards, kayaks, etc) available to make our trip more enjoyable was fantastic! Food, for the most part, was on point. Would have liked some healthier choices at some parts, but overall enjoyed. Staff was friendly, sometimes a little too, but overall made our experience very enjoyable. The location of the house is the best on the island! Truly. Wouldn't have wanted to stay at the Bahamas any other way. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Scott!

A PERFECT RESPITE

5 of 5
Baha Beach Villa is a beautiful property and couldn't be better situated in Nassau. This home is steps away from the beach on Goodman Bay. The water was was so enticing - clear, carribean blue and warm - that we spent much of our time simply hanging out in the water. There is at least one resident sea turtle that made it presence known each day in the water in front of the villa. The villa came appointed with two inflatable sea kayaks that we regularly used to explore the bay. The weather was perfect. It was fabulous waking up to that ocean view every morning! (Three bedrooms directly face the water with views from all the rest but one bunk room). Whenever we needed anything or had questions, the local property manager, Tenecia, was a phone call away and always reponsive and friendly. The house is beautful and had everything that we (17 of us) needed. It was clean and nicely furnished, especially the cozy nook off the kitchen. The dining room table was able to easily accomodate all of us. The kitchen was well appointed. We made blended drinks every night and cooked in much of the time. We took the Number 10 bus for $1.25 to shop uptown at the City Market for groceries. My brother and his family stayed in the guest house which they loved. Getting around was super easy. There is a bus stop across the street to go uptown and buses would stop right in the drive if they saw us standing there to go downtown. Number 10 buses would actually turn around to come get us if we were going in the opposite direction. Some bus drivers gave us their phone numbers to call them after bus hours for transportation for a few dollars per person. (buses are privately owned). Father Jungle of bus 12b will pick up right at the house and deliver to the airport for $2.50 per person. Best deal on the island. In Nassau, we went to the Art Museum, Pirate Museum, Graycliff Hotel, and Straw Market, and just walked around checking out the architecture, shops and local color. We ate at the Fish Market but the better food and deals were in the "street" restaurants beneath the bridge to Paradise Island. Excellent conch at Doc Sam's. Other activities we did were snorkeling with Stuart Cove's (including a shark snrorkel), and Aqua Adventure Water Park Day Pass at the Atlantis Resort. We all loved both of these. I would definitely recommend Baha Beach Villa - perfect for a family reunion - and would love to return in the future. Thank you, Samantha!!

SPANISH WELLS - SUNNYSIDE BEACH VILLA - FANTASTIC!

5 of 5
Stayed here with my family in Feb. I can't say enough good things about this place. Spanish wells is very different from other islands I have been to in the Bahamas. The people are friendly, safety is never an issue, and for a tiny island they have a real grocery store. We brought food with us, don't think we would bother next time, the store has everything you could need. and it is less that a 1/4 mile from the house. There is a liquor store on the island now too, so you don't have to bring that with you either! Lorraine is fantastic, from arranging our transportation to stopping in to check on that everything was ok on our first evening and she even brought us fresh bread and tomatoes! The home is fantastic, amazing views, great deck, hot tub. The beach is great, hardly saw any other people the whole week. The photos do not come close to showing you how nice it is. The kitchen has everything you need, outdoor grill was great. We ate in most nights, there are good places to eat on the island, but it was hard to leave the house. We did rent the boat, was a blast exploring the islands and finding deserted islands and great little beaches. I look forward to going back here soon, would rent this place again without any hesitation.
