Amazing!!!!

4 of 5
Hmmm...where do I start? Well let’s start with booking; Samantha was such a pleasure to work with. She responded to all of my inquiries within a timely manner. Arriving to the home, after using Cheryl Ferguson Bahamas taxi (who was also great, might I add), Tenecia pleasantly greeted us. There were 12 adults and still more than enough room to accommodate all of us in the home. Everything about the home was wonderful and same as pictured in the advertisement. There were couple of things which would have made the trip better but, this didn't make me think no less of the home. 1. The hot tub was full of sand from the previous tenant, so trying to relax with sand under your bum wasn’t so pleasant. 2. After reading the reviews, there was supposed to be snorkel and beach gear at the home so I didn’t bother to pack any, but when we got there, there was not any to use besides two kayaks. 3. At Checkout, a man was supposed to come walk through the home, but he never showed up, so there was no way of knowing if anything was left undone. I gave Kyla a call and she nicely said she would come and check out the home, and to make my way to the airport anyway. But all in all, the home was great! I will definitely be staying here in the future!

Fun Spring Break getaway

4 of 5
Lisa, Wow! What a fantastic family vacation we had. Even the teenager was impressed. We started at Cabbage Beach with hair braids and banana boat rides ... Moved on to Atlantis water park and dolphin experiences ... added a day trip to Sandy Toes on Rose Island for snorkeling, kayaking and amazing views! ... And we finished with a lovely breakfast at the Dune Restaurant at the One and Only Ocean Club. All your suggestions were fantastic. Thank you. This is a trip we won't soon forget, will hope to repeat and will be sure to recommend!! :-)"

Wonderful vacation on Paradise Island!!!!!

5 of 5
If your going to visit Paradise Island, Sunrise Beach Villa is the place to stay. John Fitzsimons (the owner of the condo) was very responsive to all my emails. The condo was just as the pictures portrayed and the walk to to the beach was only steps away. Lounge chairs rentals are $10.00 a chair and for $20.00 you can drink all day. The property was well maintained and beautiful. Kudos to Dianna ( manager of the property). She was professional and personable at the same time. We had a small issue with the DVD player and she took care of it immediately. She even called the next morning to see how things were going. Viola's which is right in the complex and is a restaurant/bar is a good place to eat if you don't feel like dining out. The people there were very friendly and helpful. If you stop there ask for Vardo. He gave us lots of information about theisland. In fact my two sons went out on the town with him. Cabs are all over the island and very reasonable. Ask for a price first. The lady in the office at Sunrise Villa will tell you it's $20.00 for the first two people and $3.00 for every other person. Ask someone at Violas to call you a cab.A must see is the Blue Lagoon. It was beautiful. Only a ferry ride away. We did the dolphin encounters and dolphin swim while we were there. Staff was very friendly and the lagoon is beautiful. The food was good but beware the alcoholic beverages are very strong. You can also snorkel their too. We spent one day at Atlantis which was not the highlight of our vacation. My adult kids enjoyed the leap of faith but the layout of the park could be improved. Be prepared to do lots of walking. And if you plan to use your credit card make sure you have id with you. Some stands at Atlantis accepted cash only and others credit card only or you can charge to your room if your staying there. The only problem was that in most cases you didn't know what was accepted until you were at the counter. As far as restaurants we went to Anthony's which is not far from the villa (we walked there) and the food was good.We also are at the Poop Deck. The food for the most part was very good however the Lobster was over cooked. Spanks which is located near the straw market was good too. If you go to the straw market you will find that most of the vendors there are very aggressive in trying to sell you things. You need to be a good haggler if going there. Thank you John and Dianna for wonderful vacation. Your condo was clean and comfortable.
