Stunning Slice of Paradise!

5 of 5
We just came home from 5 days at the beautiful Cut Pearl. We loved every minute of it - from the private, white-sand beach, to the grouper fingers at Santanas, the cruising to Stocking Island, to swimming with the pigs, to relaxing in beach chairs, snorkelling in the turquoise waters, to watching the sunset on the front deck, and much more. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing, fun vacation. The house is set on a beautiful private beach, that we walked each morning, watching the sunrise. The house is tastefully decorated with stunning ocean views and the property is well maintained and manicured. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want, including a blender for making your own tropical drinks and smoothies! We stayed in the "yellow" beach room but each of the bedrooms has it's own unique style and flair. The island has a relaxed feel to it and the locals are warm and friendly and eager to meet your needs, whether dining out or exploring the ocean reefs. We can't wait to go back!

Incredible Vacation

5 of 5
Our stay at Sugar Beach Villa was an incredible vacation experience. We have traveled extensively throughout the Bahamas and this is the best all around trip we've had so far. The villa is everything it is represented to be and more. As some others have reported, I selfishly want to keep this slice of heaven a secret, but I certainly owe it to the owners and staff to write this review. The property is immaculately maintained by Linton and Miss Glo. Linton is also available for day trips on his nice boat for fishing, snorkeling, conch diving and island hopping. He is an absolute gentleman and very attentive to ensure a great time. You can also arrange for Linton's wife Paula to prepare your catch for a Bahamian feast. Exuma is a wonderful island with spectacular beaches and the most beautiful water in the Caribbean. We are already making plans to return to Sugar Beach Villa next year. A big thumbs up to Debbie and Dale who go out of their way to help you plan and be prepared for your trip. Make your reservations with confidence!

Nice home off the beaten path

4 of 5
Wonderful, secluded home made a good base for our adventures. We specifically sought a location more removed from others and we found it at Quinta Vida. None of the 2 or 3 other properties along the visible shore were rented, so we enjoyed exploring the shoreline in both directions. For a remote property, it is well appointed and the AC kept us cool. The patio/ deck is great, catching the breeze with comfortable seating. It took just over an hour to drive there from the airport, and the market is closed around lunch on Sunday, so we did a fair amount of driving to stock up for the week to have food to cook. The drive was the price for seclusion, and we knew this going in. The house is on the best stretch of beach south of the Tropic of Cancer beach, with great views and swimmable waters.
