Outstanding

5 of 5
Everything was as advertised. The staff at check in were great. The house was comfortable, clean and it was right on the beach and close to everything. We rented a car and went exploring all over Great and Little Exuma. We went to the Tropic of Cancer beach, which proved to be an adventure just finding it. We went to Sand Dollar beach and icked up sand dollars and conch's. We ate at Santanna's on little Exuma. That was the best food I have ever eaten and I have traveled the caribbean for 9 years. We took 4 C's boat tours, and had a fantasic time with that, swimming pigs and all. I found the island beer, "Kalik" to be very satisfying and far better than Red Stripe or Carib. We spent a day on Stocking Island and had lunch at Chat & Chill. The entire week was very relaxing, laid back and enjoyable. I would advise everyone to beaware that"everything" on the island is shipped in so be ready for sticker shock for food. Having said that I could see myself retiring there.

A very Special Place

5 of 5
This was our third trip to the out islands and second trip to Exuma. We stayed at the property for three weeks and where did the time go. What a great vacation.Spacious well doecorated and furnished Home with a huge kitchen and great room, very well maintained,Larger than we expected. The home was everthing we hoped for, the screened in porch was great overlooking the sea, only a few feet away, and a great place to enjoy morning coffee and the evening sunset. the small close knit community gathered each afternoon for cocktails and sharing of the days ad venture and the pool and entire property was kept in immaculate condition by Norman who always made sure everyone was finding what they needed and always had a few stories to share. Did some DYI bone fishing while I was there and while I worked at it kayaking the surrounding waters I certainly managed to catch some nice bonefish. We were there with our adult children and they certainly enjoyed all the amenities and how central the location was to the entire island. Pretty much every day they tried another of the local beaches all within a short drive of the location By far this is the best overall property we have had the pleasure of enjoying in the Bahamas.
