Perfection

5 of 5
We stayed here for a long weekend in July. The home was absolutely stunning! The view and location was even more amazing. We took advantage of the homes great proximity to all our needs. We spent most of the hot afternoons snorkeling on a beautiful reef right behind the house, so close we could hear the music from the back porch speakers. There's a yummy restaurant within walking distance, and a marina close by, if only we had our boat. The caretaker was divine. He helped us with all our transportation needs. This home was perfect for escaping reality, yet being able to watch cable and have internet access if we wanted to check in. My favorite thing was probably sitting on the back porch watching the sunsets. My only complaint about this property was that I couldn't find a mixing bowl large enough for my cooking. Other than that my husband and I loved loved relaxing in the ocean, then utilizing the big jacuzzi tubs. We can't wait to come back again!

Wonderful Vacation

5 of 5
Thanks for sharing your wonderful beach home. My family and I had a fantastic time. We loved being right on the beautiful and private beach. I still can’t get over how I could see the waves lapping at the beach without even picking my head up off the pillow every morning. The kitchen was very well equipped and the whole house was so comfortable that it was easy to keep everyone fed and happy. We even grilled fresh lobster tails one night and had more than we could eat. We will be back next year!

A perfect vacation house

5 of 5
I have been to the Grand Bahamas many times, but this was the first time in Bottle Bay and I think it is the best area for a relaxing vacation. We stayed in house number 2 and it was perfect. The ocean view is spectacular and the house has all you need. The snorkeling is great and it's right there, my son even caught a lobster. The owner, Kris is very patient and answered all my questions prior to going. The property managers, Kenny and Suzie are very nice and helpful. There is a small grocery near by in the West End and a big one in Eight Mile Rock. We were able to buy conch and lobster in the West End from the locals who go out and catch it daily. The locals are so friendly. There is a good restaurant at Old Bahama Bay, right on the water. Don't miss Lucayan National Park, it's a long drive but well worth it. We would recommend this property and area. We hope to go back soon.
