JASMINE FOR ONE WEEK IS NOT ENOUGH

        5 of 5
JASMINE HOUSE is in impecible condition. The rooms are all good size. We had a party of four adults and enjoyed our etire week. Whether we were inside (the air conditioners work great) or outside on the enlclosed porch - which is a great place for a nap because of the ceiling fans. It was all good. Kitchen is in great shape and a good size as well. We all ended up using the outside shower. The backyard was a private paradise with a hammock large enough for two. The location of the house on the island is perfect. You are close to Governor's Harbour Airport about halfway to the town of Governor's Harbour. The house is located in the private area named Wykee Estates. There is outside automobile traffic. The ocean breeze is wonderful as well as the sound of the surf. Beach is clean. Water is crystal clear. We even used the fresh water swimming pool. The water temperature was perfect. Our family will definitely return to Jasmine House. If you are looking for a property of this size you have to consider Jasmine. We will be going back soon.

        Perfect Stay on Eleuthera

        5 of 5
This was our second trip to Eleuthera. This property is absolutely "as described." This house has been restored to perfection and has everything you need for a relaxing time. if you want to get away, unplug and unwind, this is the place. The toughest decision each day was which beach to visit. If you want to dine in, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a wonderful meal. There are several excellent restaurants within a short drive and The Bistro at Sky Beach Club is a 5 minute walk down the beach. The entire rental process was seamless. The house is located minutes from GHB airport and convenient for a day trip - north or south. This is the second property i have rented through this property manager. He and his staff are pros and ensure that you will have a worry free vacation.

Our most recent stay at Folly

        5 of 5
We are long-time fans of Eleuthera and have visited the island often since our first stay over 30 years ago. Little has changed over the years and that's part of why we like it so much. This is a warm, relaxing and very special place, a terrific contrast with our bustling life in the U.S. We've now toured pretty much every inch of this interesting island but prefer the centrality and conveniences of Governor's Harbour. There's just enough to do in this picturesque little town and we enjoy having all the conveniences within walking distance. It's also a great home base for daytrips either north or south. Folly has lately become our very favorite place to stay. It's right in the in the middle everything Governor's Harbour has to offer, but still feels very peaceful. We particularly look forward to sitting on the front porch in the evening and taking in the view across the harbor to Cupid's Cay. Although one of the oldest homes in town, the house has been well maintained and has absolutely everything you need. Everywhere there are signs that the owners care and are thinking about all the little details -- the kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated, the linens are fresh and plentiful, and there are extras of everything you could possibly need. Each room is beautifully decorated with a terrific mix of antiques and newer things. There's lots of character without sacrificing anything. The house is also big enough for a large group. Either inside or out, there's plenty of opportunity to be sociable with others or get away by yourself. We would highly recommend Folly to anyone planning a visit to the island. We're already planning our own return trip soon.
