Unforgettable Christmas/New Year's in Eleuthera

5 of 5
Our family was lucky enough to spend the two weeks over Christmas and New Year's at Tir Na Nog. We were a group of nine, two 70+, two 40-something couples, and three girls 11-13. We found the multi-building layout of this property to be ideal for our group. We all felt we had privacy, all of the rooms were beautiful and we loved gathering in the great hall. It was so nice for early risers to go make coffee and not worry about disturbing anyone. The grounds of this property are amazing, so lush and so well taken care of. The beach is, in my opinion, the best part of the property, and where we spent most of our time. The water was so beautiful and so nice for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and kayaking. The pictures here don't do it justice. The Tiki hut is a great addition to the property. We would bring lunch down and would usually end the late afternoon having drinks and playing cards in the Tiki Hut. We felt Tir Na Nog was also in a premier location on the island. We loved being able to walk down the beach to Tippy's, or the Beach House in the other direction. Also the proximity to Governor's Harbor and the amenities there is a huge plus! Being in the middle of the island is also convenient for exploring the rest of the island--which we did, from tip to tip, but our own beach was our favorite! Highly recommend hiring a chef--we did for 4 nights and it was great! We loved Tir na Nog and Eleuthera and hope to be back. If you want to do a lot of snorkeling I would bring your own equipment--the equipment provided was in rough shape and there was not much of it ( maybe 2 masks when we were there). Same for tennis equipment.

12 days in paradise

5 of 5
We loved the time there at Endless Summer and will definitely recommend it to others . It was a magical time with our two children, their spouses and our grand-daughter. The beaches and ocean were so beautiful, and the house was fantastic e.g. spacious, clean, well-suited to a group. We also really enjoyed the pool (especially with our little 5 month old grand-daughter). We used the kayaks, played lots of frisbee and some games at the house. We found the kitchen quite well stocked (though needs a couple of spatulas and a muffin tin, as we bake a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff, Shelley and Janis, were wonderful and they provided some suggestions about places to explore (Ten Bay Beach). We ventured north and south on the island, bought fish from the wharves and just loved the very quiet island pace. Imagine, for the 12 days of our visit, I think we saw 3 persons on Double Bay.

Amazing stay at Kataluma!

5 of 5
Vacationed with four couples and found the ultimate "chill" oasis in Kataluma. The house is enormous and beautiful (the infinity pool that overlooks the sea is not to be believed) and has every appointment you would need from ample socializing room (pool room, living rooms, front deck, back deck, etc) to a well stocked kitchen. If you're looking to unplug and unwind in a beautiful environment and luxury space, Kataluma is perfect.
