A friend and I spent a week in Vienna and chose this apartment because we each wanted our own room and this was an economical way to do so. I prefer staying in apartments because they tend to be quieter than hotels, offer more space, and make me feel more at home in another city. The booking process was easy and Mani was very quick to confirm the reservation and to provide information.
Location- The apartment is on a quiet street- no windows face the main road, but it is also very convenient to everything. The bathtub is incredible and the deepest one I've ever seen! Nicer than every 5 star hotel I've stayed in! Just a few steps away, you can catch the 71 tram that runs straight to the heart of the city or one of the S-bahn trains at Rennweg. It's probably a good idea to buy a transportation card when staying here so that you can make use of the great public transportation in Vienna without stopping to buy tickets. If arriving by train, it's one stop from Wien-Mitte station (and U-bahn), the O tram is a few stops from Haubahnhoft (trains to Bratislava) and I was at my train in Westbahnhoft station in about 20 minutes.
The apartment is very well maintained and exactly as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed- hot water kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. We also made dinner once and found we had plenty of pots, pans, and other necessities.
There are a number of affordable restaurants about a half-block away and we enjoyed all of them. There are banks, fast food, and a grocery store easily accessible in the Rennweg station mall.
