Cute little place with everything we needed

4 of 5
The place was clean and well-maintained. Pandora was available when we had an issue with the safe and when the internet needed to be reset. We loved having the airport pick up and drop off. The little extras of having coffee supplies and cold drinks on arrival were very appreciated. There is a restaurant close by as well as grocery stores in either direction. It is about a 15 - 20 minute walk to beach and buses, so if you aren't renting a car be prepared for walking. It is shorter to the beach if you follow the trail across from Super Foods by the Tropicana Resort. We were very happy with the accommodations.

Perfect - Really Great Vacations

5 of 5
Villa Calabas has its own individual and unique style. You will not find any similar villa on the island. The design is perfectly matching the specific local conditions such as wind, high temperatures and intense sunlight. It is located in a very smooth and silent neighbourhood with amazing views over the island. There is no compacted housing in this area. This fact guarantees a very high level of privacy and the lack of disgusting boundary walls. The interior design is according to an open space living concept that gives you a very relaxed feeling of freedom. The villa is really completely equipped. You will find everything what is needed to have great vacations. Mattrasses are in very good condition and there are plenty of towels / linens, and so on ... . Being on a dry island you will be surprised about the outside area of Villa Calabas. There is a lot of vegetation. They have palms, giant cacti, trees, hibiscus, bougainvillea, ... . In addition, you will see dozens of very colourful lizards and even huge iguanas. Do not miss the beautiful birds that will be around the villa every morning. Last but not least there is a really friendly and helpful Team around and with JP and Eve. We really love this place and we want to come back next year for our honeymoon. This is a true 5*-location.

AWESOME!

5 of 5
We had an awesome time staying in the North Shore Cottage. The owners leave a very thick, detailed guide for you so you know exactly where is good to eat, sight see, etc. (as well as helpful info about driving, parking) This was incredibly helpful and made us feel good about venturing all over the island instead of sticking to the resort area. We also rented their 2008 Jeep Wrangler, which made getting around the island a breeze (they parked it at the airport for us, and we left it there when we flew out). The Garmen GPS they provided got us everywhere we wanted to go, easily. The house is fully equipped with everything you need... and a sweet little white puppy greeted us several mornings on the porch! The house faces the desert, instead of the street (you actually drive up onto the back side from the street). Would definitely stay here again!
