Elegant Home with all the amenities included

5 of 5
This is not so much a rental property as it is a beautiful home! The owners of this house have really put a lot of thought, time and effort into providing a lovely home that has all of the features one needs to enjoy the Tucson desert. A nice flat screen TV, indoor and outdoor sound system, pool table, table tennis (not Ping-Pong folks), games, movies...one really needs to stay several weeks to use everything. Beautifully decorated, both inside and out - there are so many nice touches, such as solar powered lights on the trees and water fountains, I cannot remember them all. The owners have even thought of the small things, like a generous supply of paper products and a full spice rack for cooking. Nice location as well...hiking in the Totolita mountains nearby is great - try to time it so you can hear the outdoor American indian flute music at the Ritz-Carlton. Our favorite restaurants were the nearby Vero Amore Italian place and El Charro's Mexican (not nearby). The gas fire pit outside was great - I will make that a needed feature on other properties. Did I mention the great gift basket? I guess the reader wants something negative, or at least room for improvement - the only thing I could think of would be to increase the number of king-size beds in the home...pretty minor.

Nicely appointed and well maintained property.

5 of 5
The house was nicely decorated and richly furnished. Everything looked brand new and well maintained. It looked like a "model home" that was staged for selling. It was very spacious for a family of 7, which included a toddler. The owner left us a welcome package which was greatly appreciated, and even left a gift bag for the toddler which was totally unexpected. There was plenty room for us to invite guests over as a central meeting place. The kitchen was generously supplied with needed items. It afforded us the opportunity to invite guests over for dinner. There were even toys and movies to entertain the toddler. If we were to be in Tucson again, this would definitely be our rental house again. The owners were superb and addressed any concerns we had before we rented the house. They left great instructions on how to access/depart the house and did not invade our privacy during our stay. They are one of the best owners I've dealt with through VRBO or Home Away.

Who knew Heaven was in Arizona?! Great house in wonderful location.

5 of 5
My family of four stayed a week in Rich's house. Everything was fantastic. Upon arrival we found the house extremely clean, well appointed, and oh that view! The neighborhood is super quiet and the house is very private. In a great location. Everything you would need is a short car ride away. A pleasant surprise was finding lots of household items in the house. Kitchen items included spices, sugar, baking and cooking items, plastic ware, coffee, tea, etc. Also, sunscreen, diapers, shampoo, shaving cream, etc., you name it, you could probably find it! The hot tub and pool were wonderful. We did not pay the extra fee to heat the pool so it was chilly. The heat for the hot tub is included and it heats up fast. Pictures and description for this property are accurate. I highly recommend.
