Elegant Home with all the amenities included

5 of 5
This is not so much a rental property as it is a beautiful home! The owners of this house have really put a lot of thought, time and effort into providing a lovely home that has all of the features one needs to enjoy the Tucson desert. A nice flat screen TV, indoor and outdoor sound system, pool table, table tennis (not Ping-Pong folks), games, movies...one really needs to stay several weeks to use everything. Beautifully decorated, both inside and out - there are so many nice touches, such as solar powered lights on the trees and water fountains, I cannot remember them all. The owners have even thought of the small things, like a generous supply of paper products and a full spice rack for cooking. Nice location as well...hiking in the Totolita mountains nearby is great - try to time it so you can hear the outdoor American indian flute music at the Ritz-Carlton. Our favorite restaurants were the nearby Vero Amore Italian place and El Charro's Mexican (not nearby). The gas fire pit outside was great - I will make that a needed feature on other properties. Did I mention the great gift basket? I guess the reader wants something negative, or at least room for improvement - the only thing I could think of would be to increase the number of king-size beds in the home...pretty minor.

Amazing Rental

5 of 5
We were very pleased with this rental. The view of Tucson was absolutely spectacular and we didn't see anything else like that when we traveled all around Tucson. It is also close to majority of the main attractions like the Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park, International Wildlife Museum, and many hiking trails. The house was clean, with plenty of room, large kitchen, and the courtyard was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Family Reunion Headquarters!

5 of 5
Eight of us traveled for Christmas to visit our older son & his wife who live in Tucson. We had our 3 teenage children, along with our oldest son, his wife, and their 1-year old. The layout of the rooms and the living areas make the home seem very big. And each room has it's own patio, which we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. Never did we feel cramped in this fantastic home! The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook big meals, with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils for all. The location is excellent, with downtown being an easy walk away. We even walked to the fantastic Children's Museum just down the street. Although Tucson has the typical complement of homeless that all cities in the U.S. seem to have, we felt very safe in this house. The off-street parking was secure with electronically controlled gate. We even were given our own remotes for our visit, making coming and going in our two vehicles convenient. We really enjoyed the complementary and private hot-tub in the evenings. And a real plus for a week-long stay with this many people was the modern washer and dryer that we were free to use. Overall, this is a very modern, well-equipped remodeled home in the downtown area of Tucson. It is a great value for the money. We would not hesitate to recommend it to all seeking this sort of accommodation.
