Just great!

5 of 5
We were in Tempe for the Christmas holiday to visit family. Rebecca was very attentive to our questions, and checked on us during the week. Having snacks and drinks ready for us upon arrival was an appreciated touch. Excellent location with grocery and Target close by, as well as multiple restaurants. The unit is up one flight of stairs, without an elevator, which was fine for us, just something to keep in mind if traveling with those who don't do stairs. Would definitely rent this unit again if we return to Tempe. Thanks!

Great Property! Great landlord!

5 of 5
I moved to Phoenix for work and was lucky enough to find this property and the owners on Craigslist. The property was very clean when I arrived and tastefully appointed! There was even a binder with information on where the locals groceries stores are, local restaurants, entertainment, and even a Safeway & Frys card. I can't say enough good things about the property itself. I have lived there for 3 months and I wish I could have been there longer. This was the perfect spot for me and my dog and was close to ASU, Giants Spring training, Tempe Marketplace, and Mill Ave.The landlord and his wife worked with me on everything I needed and were very responsive. I have had a myriad of landlords in the last 5 years, and they were unequivocally the best I have experienced. If you are looking for a nice, clean, safe place to stay in the Phoenix are - This is the place
