Just the right blend!

5 of 5
The Cabin was a perfect blend of cozy rustic and modern convenience, with it's wood interior, high ceiling and skylights filtering light through the towering pines overhead. We appreciated the attention to detail in the newly remodeled kitchen and shower. The well appointed kitchen had everything we needed, including spices and a Keurig coffee maker. The romantic fireplace was stocked with lots of dry crackling wood to keep us toasty on cool evenings. We enjoyed hiking in Oak Creek Canyon as well as walks by the creek right outside the nearby gate. It was a nice respite - even better than we imagined.

One of my favorite rentals in which I've stayed

5 of 5
This little guest house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood in Oak Creek very close to Sedona but out of the fray and 5-10 minutes from Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. Many nice restaurants nearby. An IGA 3 minutes away or Whole foods 15 minutes if you're inclined to cook in as I was. Immaculate, nice sized bathroom, bed was comfortable, living area nice, good selection of cable, well- cooled or heated depending what I needed. The next time I plan a trip to Sedona I'll be checking to see if this available as my first option.

Cozy cabin perfect for exploring Red Rock country, great for kids

5 of 5
We stayed in this lovely cabin the last week of 2012. It was perfect for our family with 3 kids - 7, 5, 2. The ample outside space allowed the kids to practice their soccer skills every day. The kitchen was well-stocked and the heater worked very well. We loved the breakfast table with the great view of Cathedral Rock. We saw a rather large coyote on our drive back to the cabin one evening. The owner Marcia recommended the Heartline Cafe where we had a delicious four course Christmas dinner. On the last day it snowed and was absolutely gorgeous. Nice selection of reading material and games. Sedona is a lovely town and a great base for exploring the area. We did several nearby hikes and went to the mining town of Jerome for a day. We also visited Walnut Canyon, Tuzigoot and Montezuma castle national monuments all of which have ancient Indian dwellings. The older kids were proud of the Junior Ranger park badges they earned. We never turned on the TV or used the iPad the whole week! We stayed in a few hotels following our stay in Sedona and we really missed the extra space and privacy the cabin provided.
