Very nice condo at a great location!

4 of 5
This two bedroom, two bath condo has all the basics - a cozy dining area, a cozy family room area, a stocked kitchen, lots of closet space, towels and bedsheets, washer and dryer, dishwasher - everything in working order. The patio off the family room area over looks a mini-green belt (and a not so busy road) that was perfect for reading or meditating. We really enjoyed the pool area - lots of lounge chairs, umbrella covered tables for eating, a good sized pool and a decent fitness area. The vibe was fun and relaxing as lots of families were visiting from around the US. The property itself was very clean and orderly, and could have used a good sweeping every morning as the yellow flowers were shedding from the trees. The location of the unit was great - Safeway, Starbucks and CVS a 10 minute walk away, the 101 was a 2 minute drive away. The owner has great communication through email. He was very good about directions, checking-in, checking-out and anything else that came up. We stayed here so we could enjoy the Spring Training baseball games, and thought the location was perfect. We would recommend this property to our friends and family to stay in. The only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 stars was that the shower in the master bedroom came out hot at low water pressure or high water pressure.

Spacious in Sedona

5 of 5
I just got back from a wonderful stay in Sedona. Since I was going to be there for 10 days, I wanted a full kitchen and a TV. Mary is a great host, and everything was supplied. I felt like I was staying at someone's apartment, but I was paying for it! The rate was very reasonable, and the location is very convenient. It IS right on 89A, but as a single woman, I didn't mind the busyness, and I live on a busy street at home, so I'm pretty used to it. The bedroom is in the back, and with the door closed, it is pretty quiet. Mary believes in using chemical-free products, which works for me. Everything was very clean comfortable, and I will be back!

Lovely feel at home apartment

5 of 5
We arrived in Tucson after a long, late night flight and were exhausted. We opened the door to this lovely gem and breathed a sigh of relief, we felt at home. The location is very convenient, and even though it is so close to the lively district it is very quiet. There are some staples in the cupboard, we were thrilled to be able to make a cup of coffee and tea and even have honey in it before leaving the next morning. The bed is comfortable, the lighting very good. Our only problem was that there were no regular chairs. All chairs are high "bar type". That gets uncomfortable if working on a laptop or that type of activity for any length of time. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tucson who wants to be near U of A or the downtown area. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
