We would definitely stay here again if we ever end up in Lake Havasu. It's a nice central location, close to a grocery store. We stayed here with my elderly parents, 3 young kids (6, 2, 2) , my cousin, his wife and their 2 young kids (4, infant). The property was clean and the owner/manager of the house was very easy to deal with. The house is a little dated (like the giant tub in the master bath has hideous pink tile that needs to be regrouted.) I wasn't staying for the decor, though, and everything was perfectly functional. The kids loved the pool (it was little chilly for me in late March) and hot tub. It was a nice set up to stay in with multiple families because we could each have our own area. We had the older kids in the room in the back with the trundle bed, which they loved. If they had been younger, I'm not sure they would have wanted to stay so "far" from Mom (it's on the other side of the kitchen from the other bedrooms.) You will want to watch kids with the pool. There are sliding doors to the pool. Both have locks, but there is a separate entrance to the deck from the master bedroom, so just something to keep an eye on to make sure the kids don't end up in the pool unsupervised.
