Absolutely perfect!

5 of 5
This property is above amazing. We ended up extending our stay an extra night because we couldn't bear to leave! The grand canyon is close enough that we visited 2 times while we were there. We also loved Flagstaff which was an easy drive away for dinner, lunch or to visit all the breweries... We did all of the above. I only hope that we can come back again one day. Rob (the owner) was also very helpful, accommodating with out dog and obviously passionate about the property and surrounding areas. It really showed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Quiet, Clean and Surrounded by Beautiful Country

5 of 5
What was originally planned as a three family gathering celebrating Veterans Day became a relaxing, peaceful weekend retreat for my wife and I and our two dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the fully stocked, comfortable and impeccably clean cabin in northern Arizona. The mountain views from the front porch are breathtaking and it was so quiet we could literally hear the trees rustling in the wind! The owner and local hosts provided first class service and even suggested a short "off road" trip, which we turned in to a daylong excursion. Thank you and we look forward our next visit.

Awesome for an extended family of 8

5 of 5
Dear Maxine, Our extended family of 8 enjoyed your home for our visit to the Grand Canyon. The home was nicely located 30 minutes from the Canyon and 30 minutes from a cute town of William which had all the stores and restaurants. The home accommodated 6 adults and 2 children (8 and 5) comfortably. The house was equipped with anything and everything we can think of and then some. For example, the kids really wanted pancakes and we were unprepared but you had a nice glass jar of pancake mix with directions labeled! Then the kids asked for syrup, and voila! There it was! This kept happening throughout the stay! We especially enjoyed the fire place with all the wood you provided! It made the place really feel like a home away from home for all of us. Pros: Great lay out for 8 people Had everything and well organized rental loved the fire place TV with all the channels abundance of linens outdoor grill stargazing at night was amazing Cons (not really cons but things we wished we had and others might wants to know but it would not hinder us from renting again!) no internet (we know you told us on your page but reality without internet for us was a little difficult since most of us are really connected people) AT&T has no service here (I know it's not your fault) but T-Mobile did. no dishwasher (it was a lot of dishes) the sofa kept shedding feathers and we were covered in feathers after a night of enjoying the fire) Overall, a great, comfortable home filled with care. We loved staying here and we will never forget staying at your ranch. We would highly recommend anyone visiting the Canyon to stay here with 16 thumbs up from all 8 of us!!!
