Wow, where to start this review. I can't say anything but amazing things about the owner, his communication, and his amazing property. My wife and I are travel nurses and stayed in this property for our 3 month contract. We work night shift and slept mostly during the day and it was extremely quiet and comfortable. The condo has everything a person could need and then some. It is well stocked with kitchen supplies, silverware, and anything and everything a person could need. It has a amazing feeling of home to it. The patio area is well spaced with a brand new BBQ grill and wonderful outdoor patio set. The bedroom is extremely nice and well spaced with a large closet area and dresser for more than enough storage. Bedroom faces west but the sun is well blocked out by a canvas that keeps the house cool during the day. The bedroom remains cool, quiet, and very comfortable and is excellent for daytime naps. Full kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.) and has all brand new appliances with tupperware and accessories that are good for trips to the pool or picnics in the park behind the property or at Desert Breeze park, 5mins away. Living room is very comfortable with excellent living space. Owner provided excellent information on the area located around the property. Property is ideally located to anything anyone could need. A very large mall that is located 5 minutes away with what seems like any shop, restaurant, or store one could need. Conveniently located within 15 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor Airport, 30 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 30 minutes from Downtown Scottsdale, and 10 minutes to Downtown Chandler. Downtown Chandler is full of great restaurants such as: The Perch, Vintage 95, and SanTan Brewery. While we were here, we were able to explore the natural beauty that Arizona has to offer. We were able to make day trips to the Grand Canyon, which was a 4.5 hour drive. We were also able to make a day trip to the Jerome area, where we went kayaking through the mountains of Jerome with the Verde River kayak tour (2 hour drive). We also were able to spend some time in Sedona and took the pink Jeep broken arrow tour, which was amazing (2.5hr drive from property). Locally, we did hiking in Scottsdale at Pinnacle Peak Mountain, which was a fairly moderate trail and also Camelback Mountain, which is a great trail but not for beginners. I cannot say enough amazing things about the property, the neighborhood, and the surroundings.
