This place has the WOW factor!

5 of 5
I could not be more thrilled to have the honor of writing the first review of this property. If there is one thing that is certain, it is that when you peel back the 12 ft. beautifully carved wooden door, your jaw and bags are ensured to fall to the ground. Everything from the grand piano to the exquisite chandelier, to the stunning parquet floors, will simply leave you in a state of disbelief. You will feel as if you just teleported back in time to the renaissance era, because this unquestionably is a place of royalty. So spacious and so charming, with wonderful distribution, plenty of room for up to 3 couples and even a spare bed. The cute little terrace tops it all off, whether it is used for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. And, just when you thought it couldn't get better, the care taker, Ines, and owner, Taije, could not have been more hospitable. Both are sophisticated and professional. They really took care of us and shared some great neighborhood gems, such as Parilla Pena. I honestly cannot say enough good things. I am itching to get back soon, but in the meantime, hope that other travelers will have the satisfaction and be able to empathize with our experience.

Absolutely the BEST in Buenos Aires

5 of 5
Absolutely no better way to see BA then from the House of Chanel! The apartment is well appointed and location cant be beat...walk to Cemetario de la Recoleta, Hop on Hop off tour bus, Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes and the parks. We had four adults (2 couples). The bedrooms were large and sharing the full bath was easy logistics. Full kitchen with all you need for a full meal was a nice break. Marianna the property manager is awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. BA charm is tied up in one bow if you stay here! We cant wait to go back.

A superior apartment in sophisticated Recoleta

4 of 5
Our flight to BA was fifteen hours and we arrived at the apartment within five minutes of our arranged checkin time. Cris was waiting on the sidewalk to greet us- this level of organization and service was typical of our entire experience with this rental!! At no time before during or after our stay did we feel anything than 100% satisfied with the attention to detail and the level of service. The apartment is well appointed, bright and supplied with all the necessary equipment, bedding etc. for a completely self catered stay, should one wish to go that way. Location is perfect,on a quiet street, within easy distance of several bakeries, grocery stores and of course wine purveyors. Restaurants are close by, we found Los Pinos a great bet.The apartment is in a well established building and noise is not a problem. Throughout our stay communication with the rental team was only an email or phone call away. The response time was immediate and they were always extremely helpful. If there was one negative,it was that the floors, kitchen and bathrooms needed a 'good scrubbing'; the owners were made aware of this and we have absolute confidence that there will be an improvement in this area - one get's the impression that the organization does what it says and genuinely appreciates and reacts to feedback. You would do well to seriously consider this rental. Ideal for four adults or a family of four. The courtyard in the back of the apartment is very secure and so is ideal for children/adults to hang out.
