Wonderful vacation home

5 of 5
We (3 couples) stayed at this town home for 1 week and loved it. It's clean, spacious and quiet, yet very close to downtown Canmore. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry machines convenient. Most attractions in Banff National Park are within 1 hour's drive. And the Yoho/Kootenay parks are not too far away either. And the community Jacuzzi was great after a long day of hiking. So we really had a fantastic time. It's a perfect place for a vacation in the Rockies around Banff.

Month Long Mountain Escape!

4 of 5
My husband, two year old pup, and I have just enjoyed a month long stay at the Fire Mountain Lodge! The location was perfect (walking distance to everything), and accommodations superb! It felt like home, only home doesn't come complete with a beautiful deck to enjoy a glorious mountain view! Many moments were spent there enjoying a barbecue, cup of coffee or glass of wine. Ahhh, the tension just melted away. Our puppy also enjoyed the many trails in and around Canmore. He especially loved the off leash parks, and swimming for the first time at Quarry Lakes. He was in "Puppy Paradise!" Once he was tired out, it was time for me to explore: shopping downtown and getting a "taste" of Canmore. So many interesting and unique shops. I especially liked The Tin Box (funny/different greeting cards & gifts) My husband and I also drove up to Spray Lakes, and enjoyed a hike on the way back. Before or after a great day of hiking/exploring, Canmore has many fine dining experiences. Chez Francois offers a superb breakfast, and Crazy Weed a fantastic dinner. Thank you for the wonderful stay at your condo. Life doesn't get any better than this!
