Where is the best weather in June?
In June, summer's kicked up the temperatures in the US, making it an uncomfortable time to visit much of the country. Besides beach getaways and destinations with plenty of cool, indoor attractions to offer, there are some relatively temperate places worth visiting. The West Coast (think San Diego, Los Angeles, all the way up to Portland, Oregon and Seattle), as well as New York City and other Northeastern cities like Boston, see highs in the 70s, versus the 90s and 80s you'll see elsewhere. Travel further North to Canada for even more welcoming weather.
If you're planning a trip to Europe, June's a great time. Tourist season begins in the Czech Republic in June, and the weather is inviting in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy and other European countries.
Winter is beginning in the Southern Hemisphere, turning some beach destinations into cooler locales. Destinations that welcome beach lovers year round are always an option, but summertime is prime travel time, so you may have to fight the crowds.
