The Annual Delray Affair is scheduled for
April 13 through April 15 in 2012 . The 2012 festival will mark the 50th anniversary of this arts and crafts festival. A favorite event in Delray Beach, this festival features pedestrianized streets from
Swinton Avenue to the Intracoastal Waterway . Each year there are over 800 vendors selling arts and crafts from around the country. The best part is while you are browsing you can talk to the artists, photographers, and craftspeople personally about items for sale. There is also a variety of food and snacks on offer throughout the festival.

The 50th Annual Event
The Annual Delray Affair has been growing for 50 years. It now stretches for 10 blocks along Atlantic Avenue and out into side streets as well. Many visitors come to shop, but it is also a great place to browse. Be sure to bring cash if you intend on buying, as some vendors only accept cash and not credit cards. For larger purchases, some vendors will accept personal checks. Everything from art to crafts to photography is for sale. The best way to approach the festival is to browse through all the vendors first, and then double back to make inquiries and purchases. You never know if you might find something you like better unless you keep looking!

This free event is open to the public and free parking shuttles are available to help visitors reach the action easily.
