1. Search rentals & contact owners
Simply view property details and fill out the availability request form for the properties you like. Don't put all your eggs in on basket, contact multiples owners. 

2. Select rental & secure reservation
To secure the rental the property owner will request a deposit. Deposits range from 10% to 50% of the total rental amount.

3. Review, sign & send agreement
You should receive a written agreement from the owner which includes arrival/departure dates, payment schedules, pet policies, as well as cancellation/refund terms and conditions.

4. Register for payment protection

5. Send owner final payment
