"One of the quirkiest complaints we have ever received was when the guest called to complain that they had no COLD water. We've all heard the no HOT water complaint, but no COLD? Well, it is easily explained....living down in South Texas in the middle of 100 degree temperatures, it is normal to not be able to get ice cold water from the tap. The sun heats the pipes to quite a degree of "warmness." We just pointed them toward the nearest store and recommended investing in a couple bags of ice!"
