HomeAway to Report Third Quarter 2011 Results on Thursday, October 27

AUSTIN, TX, Oct. 12, 2011 – HomeAway, Inc. (NASDAQ: AWAY), the world's largest online marketplace for vacation rentals, announced today that it will report its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011 on Thursday, October 27, 2011 after the close of market.

HomeAway® will host a conference call to review and discuss the third quarter results on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time / 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
