Q: How to upload photos
A: ITo upload or replace photos on your listing:

1. Log into your account.
2. If you have more than one listing, use the drop down menu on the top right side of the page (‘Switch Property’) to select the appropriate property.
3. On the right, hover over Edit Listing and click Photos.
4. Click Add More Photos and select the photo(s) you want to upload. Photos must be at least 400x300 pixels in size. You can upload multiple photos at one time by holding down the Control (Ctrl) key while selecting your images. Click Save & Continue after loading each photo or group of photos.
5. After the desired photo(s) are uploaded, they will display in My Photo Library on the left side of page. So that photos appear on your listing, drag and drop the photo into an empty slot under the My Listing Photos on the right side of the page.
6. Add caption (caption is required) and click Save & Continue. The system will not let you proceed without adding a caption to each photo.
7. To rearrange the order of photos, drag and drop them into the desired location within My Listing Photos. Click Save & Continue. To select thumbnail photo, drag the desired photo to the photo slot next to the word Thumbnail at the top of the page.
8. When the photos are in the order you want them, click Save & Continue.  Click Save & Continue often during the rearranging process.

If the photos have been properly uploaded, you will receive a message that says, "Your photos have been saved." It may take up to 2 business days for our staff to review and approve of your photos. When making changes to your photos, whether it is uploading, rearranging or adding captions, click Save & Continue often to avoid losing your work.

If you have trouble posting photos, we can upload them for you. Send them as attachments via our web form at http://support.homeaway.com/.

Or, mail photos to us and we will scan and upload them for you. If you mail the photos, be sure to include your name and Property ID number. Keep in mind that photos mailed to HomeAway.com can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process. Regretfully, we are unable to return such photographs (whether they are originals, copies, or a disc) to you or retain paper copies in our files.
