The San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park is an 1800-acre wildlife sanctuary home to more than 3,500 animals representing 429 species. Tickets are $28.50 for adults and $17.50 for children ages 3 to 11. Combo tickets for the Animal Park and the Zoo are available. Both the Zoo and the Wild Animal Park are open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from mid-June to Labor Day and close at 4:00 the rest of the year.
